3 Summer Outfits

It's been far too long since I've put together an actual outfit post for this blog, but I took some cute photos today and it gave me the motivation. I'm not naive enough to think that I'll write a separate blog post for each outfit, though, so here are three outfits that I'll be wearing all summer.

Side note: strange as it is to say, last week marked 7 years (!!!) of blogging for me. It really does feel like yesterday that I was dragging my sister-in-law outside to help me take my first set of outfit photos, and I couldn't even imagine the community I'd find through doing this. I usually try to do some sort of giveaway to celebrate, but considering I'm not doing a great job of keeping this up, it didn't feel right to make a big deal out of celebrating. Well, that and I got lazy. But also the other thing.

I took these photos with Alyssa today, which was so much fun. We both have our significant others help us with pictures, so whenever we're together, we like to help each other out by taking some. This time we planned to go to the Fullerton Arboretum and take a handful, which worked out great since there are so many good spots there. I'm in love with how all of these turned out.

Other than that, wedding planning has slowed down a bit, but we did just get our engagement photos back. I'm obsessed with them, and I'm hoping to get a post up to share them all. My maid of honor, Jenn, is coming to visit this week and I CANNOT WAIT. She's never been to California, and even though the trip is technically supposed to be about wedding planning, I'm mostly just excited to take her to all of my favorite food places. That said, we're also going dress shopping on Saturday, and it can't come soon enough.

Really, though, my life still somehow is consumed by Game of Thrones these days. I just did a rewatch, and aside from listening to podcasts about it, I'm finally going to start reading the books soon. I should probably find an actual hobby soon.

  1. 1) You are adorable and I love seeing your outfits and the peeks in on your life whenever you care to share (er, in a non-creepy, nonstalker way.....) Frequency is not the same as quality and your spirit shines through all your posts. Congrats on SEVEN years.

    2) Do you have new or more thoughts about GoT. I wanna hear!

    3) Are you watching Good Omens? Or Fleabag. We are trying both out and are sort of on the fence about both...

  2. These summer outfits are an absolute breath of fresh air! I'm loving the effortless yet stylish choices presented here. The first outfit, with the floral sundress, exudes a vibrant and cheerful vibe, perfect for a day out in the sun. The second ensemble with the light and airy linen pants and a simple tank top is a go-to for staying cool fashion
and comfortable. And the third outfit, with the off-shoulder top and denim shorts, is the epitome of casual chic. Your fashion sense truly captures the essence of summer, making these outfits an inspiration for all of us looking to stay fashionable and comfortable during the season.
