I think this peter pan collar necklace from Minkmade would be such an interesting piece to own.
I'm such a fan of Ester's blog, Drawing Dreaming, and I especially love her Friday Favourites posts. When I saw this vintage deer print skirt from Olive Green Anna on last week's post, I knew I had to steal her idea for my own post.
I went to a hot air balloon rally, so I've got them on the brain. What's more perfect than an adorable hot air balloon necklace?
I think this clutch from Fog & Cedar speaks for itself.
This skirt from Louisa Clothing is amazing.
Ball and Chain makes some incredibly charming and clever pieces, but I'm especially partial to these wood grain rings.
Is there anything more exhilarating than fashion week? NYFW is in full swing and I don't think I'll ever get over that rush of excitement looking through photos of a brand new show. I'm enjoying all the usual shows and presentations (Jason Wu, Peter Som, Alexander Wang, Rachel Antoff, Lauren Moffat, etc.), but one of the designers who has impressed me is Calla. This is only Calla Haynes' third show, but I've drooled over every look so far. I'm hoping she gains more recognition soon.
Hey! Thanks for your nice comment! It was my first time in Chicago and I had a blast/didn't see everything so I need to go back again!
ReplyDeleteThat velvet skirt is amazing, definitely a piece to crave (it reminds me of a stage curtain ???). And that Calla collection is beautiful. I've never seen her stuff before either, but I can't wait to see more.

These are such lovely picks! I especially love the flats (the teal color is amazing but the nude would be much more versatile) and the dip dyed clutch. I hope you had a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove this! Especially the two shoes in the beginning of the post. The two colors are wonderful, one for classic outfits and the other for a fun pop of color. And the wood grain ring is so cool, it's definitely very creative.
ReplyDeletethat collection is sooo gorgeous

You have a great eye! I love those blue suede flats, the clutch and the peter pan necklace. Also, that collection by Calla is swoon-worthy. Love the peach dress in the second row.
