Plaid Top + Statement Necklace

Oh yes, you bet I went out of my way to find the nearest oversized Christmas tree to take photos in front of. Luckily, I didn't have to go to far as this gorgeous one happens to be right around the corner from my apartment. I am full on in the Christmas spirit, and my weekend was spent making the most of it. My work had our Christmas party at a fancy restaurant on Friday, and it was great. We're a small, growing company so it was nice and cozy, and we got to have delicious food and drinks. I grabbed breakfast and coffee with my friend Nataly the next day before going to Jon's parents' house to decorate their tree and celebrate his birthday early. My parents just moved back to Orange County a couple of days ago, so my whole family went to their new house yesterday. See? Festive.

I wore this to the work party on Friday, and although I'm pretty positive I've worn almost this exact outfit on here before, I had kind of forgotten about this top. It only comes out every so often, but when it does, I'm never disappointed. I'm also happy to get to pull out this jacket regularly now that it's relatively cold. Talk about a great thrifted find.
