Coordinating Cuties

It's so awkward when you and your friend show up wearing basically the same outfit. Well, it's less awkward when you plan it. And it's only awkward for other people if you change into the outfits in the backseat of a car...and if you do it twice in one day.

Alyssa from Little Fantasmic is pretty much my soul sister when it comes to clothes and brands, so it probably shouldn't have been a surprise when we found out that we had chosen almost the same exact items from two different brands. We both love Steady so it really wasn't a shock that we both picked out bow blouses and High Waist Thrill skirts around the same time. Luckily, we're also both believers in collaboration over competition, so our first thought was to coordinate and take pictures together.

I live in these Steady skirts (I have this skirt in 3 other colors) so I was so excited to see that they released it in this gorgeous pink for spring. For my outfit, I paired it with the striped version of the Harlow top and black accessories like this vintage skirt, t-strap flats, and a bow headband. Before you say anything, yes, my bow is wonky in these pictures, but as mentioned, I changed into this outfit in my car so I'd like to think it could have been a lot worse. Wonky bow aside, when tied correctly, this is a great basic and perfect top for work in particular.

Top and skirt: c/o Steady Clothing | Shoes: Bettie Page via Unique Vintage (similar) | Purse: Vintage

I love how Alyssa styled her look with a hair flower and a straw bag. I might even like the printed version of this skirt even more, and I've already told her that I'm going to steal this one from her. I mean borrow. Yep, that's what I meant.

Stay tuned for one more matching look with Alyssa this week!

  1. There are different styles and sizes available for kid's jewelry online , which makes it difficult to pick the right size? Your kids won’t be able to wear the jewelry if the size is not proper. The right size also makes all the difference in comfort. If the size is big or too small, then it can cause harm to your little one, especially infants. Also, when it comes to rings and necklace jewelry, the right size matters the most. Plus, if the design is customized, then you can’t go wrong with the size.
