It's that time again. I'm once again bored with everything I own and have caught the shopping bug. It is...not good. I got some extra money from my leftover PTO when I left my job, and I've been awful about using it to justify some purchases. I really haven't spent much, but I keep popping into thrift stores here and there whenever I have a free moment to feed the shopping hunger, but avoid spending too much. I picked up this skirt recently, and I don't regret it one bit. I've bought many a polka dot skirt over the years, but they've never been quite right. They always end up being to small or too short, but this one? Just right.
I have many on countless things from online stores, but I'm making myself wait. I have some things listed on eBay and Poshmark to sell, and I won't allow myself to click the "checkout" button on any website until they're gone. That said, help a sister out? I have plenty listed on Poshmark that beg to be purchased. If you can live with the fact that you are single-handedly fueling my shopping addiction, then there's really nothing stopping you.
Without even planning it, I accidentally created an outfit here that's similar to one Madison of Minnie Muse wore on her blog. The best part? Her outfit was inspired me. I absolutely adore Madison's style, and it's no surprise that I'm inspired by hers, even on days that she's not inspired by mine.
Top, skirt, belt: Thrifted (similar Polka Dot skirt)
Sandals: Ruche
I like how this is red/white/blue and stripes and dots but it doesn't feel 4th of Julyish at all. Just summery and fresh.
