Messy

I'm a little bit of a mess right now when it comes to, well, everything. Thank you all so much for the comments yesterday about my knee, which is why I hate to tell you all that I fell on it AGAIN. Only this time it was because I tripped over my bag. Like I said, I'm a mess. A very graceful mess.

I actually took these photos one of the first days I was home over Thanksgiving break, but for some reason didn't get around to posting them until now. I got this sweater in a swap over the summer, but it didn't come in until after I had left for Illinois. Three months later, I had completely forgotten about it, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it waiting for me upon my return.

Man, am I ready for Christmas. I can't say I'm ready to leave everything in Illinois for an entire month again, but I sure am ready to relax for a month and not have to stress about classwork, clubs, and newspapers. ...says the girl who complains when she has nothing to do because she feels the need to keep busy. 4. This post sounds like my life.
I fell over in the hallway the other day wearing not-so-high heels, and I totally feel ya about the busy-ness paradox. I can't wait to go home but I KNOW I'll be bored after three days.
I like your little lacy cardigan!

Haha, and funny how we prioritize things we need to do, huh?
I keep thinking "You know, finals are coming up in two weeks, it'd be good if I started studying..."
And look at what I'm doing. Blogging and reading blogs.

It's like I enjoy torturing myself or something!! LOL You look adorable, by the way! I hope you enjoy your month off from school and spending the holidays with your family! :)

  13. This sweater and those tights are AWESOME. I love getting mail that you forgot about. It's like a little surprise. And I am so with you. I am ready for relaxation. Though I do have a part time crappy job...eh, not looking forward to more hours there. But yay, no school! I wish I was going to California with you!
