Biting the Bullet

After much deliberation and advice from other bloggers, I've decided to finally bite the bullet and make a Facebook page for this little blog of mine. I'm still not entirely sure how helpful it will be, but the more I apply for social media internships (or really any internships. Seriously, someone hire me), the more I realize that it will be nice to say that I run a Facebook page for this blog. So please, if you will, like my page here.

I'm still figuring out how I'd like to utilize it, but I'm hoping to do more than just put up my posts. If anyone has any suggestions of what they'd like to see on my page or what they think any blogger should use a Facebook page for, please send them my way!

  6. Liked all the way! When you're a couple months in, I would love to know what you think about having it. I haven't made one for my blog yet - mainly b/c I'm so horrible at keeping up with my Twitter (though I have some pass creepers from my college following Twitter account so I think that's my main purpose for not linking my blog posts to it like I should). I just wonder if FB would be a lost cause for me or not...hehe. I like the idea that I could use it and not have to worry about strange lurkers though...if that makes any sense :-)

  9. I'm about the last person to comment on this since I don't "do" facebook but I will be interested to see if it helps your blog. I can see with you going into such a social media centered profession that it's probably excellent practice and a great way to get a little experience, so good luck! :) (And if I did do facebook, i would totally like your page.)
